Terms of service

These terms govern your use of wigsnextensions.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Paramount Beauty Supply Ltd., a company registered in Ontario, Canada, trading as WigsNExtensions ("we", "us", "our").

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or state, to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you are using belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using specifications and images supplied by the manufacturer. Actual product colours may vary from what appears on your screen because monitors, devices, and lighting all affect how colour displays. Colour variation of this kind is not a defect. See our Refund policy for how this affects returns.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Branded items are ordered in from the manufacturer and may be discontinued or become unavailable after you order. If that happens we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

We will not substitute a different product for the one you ordered without your agreement.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Prices may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.

Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where an error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. If we discover an error after you have paid, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. Acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where the product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, where we suspect fraud, or where the order appears to be for resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

We may limit quantities per person, per household, or per order.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are entitled to use that payment method.

7. Shipping, returns, and exchanges

Dispatch times, delivery, returns, exchanges, and our treatment of final sale items are governed by our Shipping policy and our Refund policy, which form part of these terms. Please read them before you buy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and layout, is owned by us or by our suppliers and licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Brand names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to describe the products we sell.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the site's operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to introduce malicious code. We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who does.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion. We are not obliged to publish or keep any submission.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy practices.

12. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our products are cosmetic hair products. They are not medical devices and we make no medical or therapeutic claims about them. If you are experiencing hair loss related to a medical condition or treatment, please speak to your healthcare provider.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.

18. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy, and Refund policy, form the entire agreement between us.
