Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of wigsnextensions.com and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Paramount Beauty Supply Ltd., Brampton, Ontario, Canada, trading as Wigs N Extensions. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where an item is unavailable or a price or description was published in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Product descriptions and colour

We use manufacturer images and specifications. Actual product colours may vary from what appears on your screen because of monitor, device, and lighting differences. Colour variation of this kind is not a defect and is not grounds for return, refund, or chargeback. Cap sizes, fibre types, and lengths are manufacturer specifications and may vary slightly between production runs.

Final Sale and returns

Our Refund policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. In particular: any item purchased at a sale, clearance, or discounted price cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or credited for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect. This applies to every payment method, including PayPal, credit card, and Shop Pay. Toppers, toupees, extensions, ponytails, buns, bangs, care products, liquids, accessories, wig stands, headwear, and custom orders are Final Sale regardless of price, for hygiene reasons.

Before checkout can be completed you are required to confirm that you have read and accept our Shipping and Returns Policy and our colour disclaimer. The date and time of that acceptance are recorded against your order and form part of the record of sale.

Payment disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us at support@wigsnextensions.com first so we can resolve it. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback in place of contacting us, on an order whose terms you accepted at checkout, does not remove your obligations under these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect on the date of your order is the version that applies to your order.
