Shipping policy
Dispatch time depends on the type of product ordered:
- WNE Exclusive products (our in-house range, including WNE toupees): In stock and ready to ship. These are dispatched immediately once payment is received.
- Branded products (all other brands we carry): These are ordered in for you and are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks of payment being received. Exact timing may vary by brand.
Once your order has been dispatched:
- Shipping destinations: We ship across Canada and to the United States.
- Transit time: Approximately 3 to 7 business days within Canada and 5 to 10 business days to the United States after dispatch. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
- Customs and duties (international orders): Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping total.
- Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Re-shipping costs for returned-to-sender packages are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or undelivered packages
If carrier tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist. For your protection, we recommend selecting a secure delivery address.
